Support
Many issues can be solved with a quick fix, a restart, or a cleaning cycle. Use the guide below to check your product first, then submit a claim if it's still not working right.
Check This First
Hold the power button for 10 seconds to restart the device, then try again. If it's still unresponsive after a restart, this may be a warranty issue.
Run a cleaning cycle (see your included guide, or order TRUE Cleaning Tablets) and try again. Low output that doesn't improve after cleaning may indicate a defect.
Email support@trueh2.com with your order number and we'll send the missing part directly, no need to file a full claim.
A small amount of water after a cycle is normal. If it's pooling or leaking from the seams during normal use, that's a warranty issue.
If this happened during normal use, not a drop or impact, it may be covered under warranty.
What TRUE Customers Say
Overall happy. The 10,000 PPB is real and you can see it in the water after a cycle.
The TRUE Flask has been part of my morning for about six weeks. Touchscreen works smoothly and charging dock keeps it ready overnight.
Good bottle, real output, nice design. The touchscreen took a bit to learn but now I use it without thinking.
Pretty impressed with the build. Glass neck feels great and touchscreen is clean.
Happy with it. The touchscreen is really smooth.
Really good bottle. Would still recommend.

The Process
Before filing a claim, run through the troubleshooting guide above. Most issues trace back to a quick fix, like a restart or a cleaning cycle.
Fill out the form below with your order details and a description of the issue. This starts your warranty evaluation.
Our team reviews your submission, typically within 48 hours, to confirm whether it's covered under warranty.
If your product qualifies, we'll repair it, send a replacement part, or send a full replacement, covered under your warranty period (5 years on TRUE Flask, 3 years on other TRUE products).
Not sure which option to pick? Open the closest match below before submitting.
Select this if the Flask or Pro's screen doesn't respond to taps. Try holding the power button for 10 seconds to restart it first. If it's still unresponsive after a restart, this is likely a warranty issue.
Select this if your device won't hold a charge, the dock doesn't seem to connect, or a charging part is missing or loose.
Run a cleaning cycle first (see your included guide, or order TRUE Cleaning Tablets). If output stays low after cleaning, select this category.
A small amount of water after a cycle is normal. Select this only if water is pooling or leaking from the seams during normal use.
Select this if a component cracked or broke during normal use, not from a drop or impact.
If your order arrived without the charging dock, cap, or another included part, email support@trueh2.com directly. We can usually send the missing piece without a full claim.
