Product usage & responsibility

• TRUE hydrogen devices are designed for personal use only
• You must be 18 years or older to purchase
• Products must be used in accordance with the user manual instructions
• TRUE is not responsible for misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications

Products and pricing

We aim to describe our products and pricing accurately. We may correct errors, and may limit or cancel quantities purchased, at our discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Orders, payment, and cancellations

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Payment is processed at checkout through our payment provider.

• Orders can be modified or cancelled within 6 hours of placement
• After 6 hours, items enter the fulfillment process and can't be changed
• Cancellation requests must be made through support@trueh2.com
• Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5–7 business days

Product liability

• TRUE devices meet all applicable safety standards and regulations
• Users assume all risk and responsibility for use of the products
• TRUE is not liable for personal injury or property damage resulting from product use
• Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, or on medication
